It is known that money worries can have an impact on our health, particularly mental wellbeing. We encourage you to get support - there is a range of help available in ºù«ÍÞapp.
Web sites and apps can be helpful but if you're in urgent need of help you should seek support from your GP or via NHS direct on 111 or dial 999 if it is an emergency.

The is provided jointly by ºù«ÍÞapp Borough Council and West Sussex County Council. It provides support and advice on all aspects of wellbeing. Telephone and face-to-face support is available.
