A choral concert by Phoenix Choir of ºù«ÍÞapp, 23 November 7.30pm, St Andrew’s Church, Furnace Green

Featuring ‘A Fancy of Folksongs’ arranged by Cecilia McDowall for choir and harp, and harp solos performed by Alexander Rider. With other folk songs from the UK and abroad, arranged by John Rutter, Simon and Garfunkel and others. Tickets in advance £14 for adults, £1 for under 16s, £6 for full-time students (on the door £15/£1/£7).

Tilgate Park's Magical Christmas wreath making workshops - 24 November, 1 December and 8 December, at 10am and 1pm

Come and join us for one of our festive wreath making workshops. These will be held in the Barn, next to the Nature Centre at Tilgate Park.

The cost is £45 per person. All equipment, materials and tuition are included, along with refreshments (tea or coffee and cake). Workshops last around two hours and you will take home your own handmade wreath.

Festive fiasco escape room, 30 November, 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, and 20 to 23 December, Walled Garden, Tilgate Park

Help! A group of mischievous elves in training have caused chaos in Santa's workshop, jeopardising Christmas! We need your help to fix the broken machines and get the workshop up and running. Gather your team and work together to help save Christmas!

​Festive Fiasco is an actor-led escape game designed for children, join one of the workshop elves and work together to get the workshop up and running in time for Christmas.

Opening times for all dates – 10am to 5pm, slots available every half an hour.

Tilgate Park's Magical Christmas – 30 November, 1, 7, 8, 14, 15 and 20 to 23 December

Enjoy free performances from This Is My Theatre, as well as special appearances by choirs, dance groups, and singers on various days, filling the air with Christmas cheer. And to fuel your festivities, indulge in some delicious Christmas street food and drinks while the kids enjoy the children’s funfair. Entrance to the event is free.

Tilgate Park’s Magical Christmas Storytime with Santa - 1, 7, 8, 14, 15 and 20 to 23 December

Gather around in Santa’s cosy grotto as he shares a magical story from his legendary book, filled with tales from his incredible adventures across the world. Afterwards, enjoy a special moment with Santa himself, capturing the magic before you step into the Elves’ Workshop. Here, you’ll get to choose a special cuddly toy to take home and cherish.

Tilgate Park’s Magical Christmas Santa's Grotto - 30 November, 1, 7, 8, 14, 15 and 20 to 23 December

Take a stroll through the winter wonderland to discover Santa’s magical grotto nestled deep within the Walled Garden. Meet Santa in a personalised, cosy and festive setting.

Each child will receive a cuddly toy from Santa. A professional photographer will take a photograph of your child(ren) with Santa. Photos will be available to purchase separately if you choose.

Woodzy and Friends, 5 December, Theatre Centre, West Green

An evening of local talent, from music to theatre, films to art installations. Hosted by local spoken word artist and rapper, Woodzy, this is an opportunity to share your ideas and experience the local creative scene. Come along and meet other creatives, find out what’s going on locally and share your talents, thoughts and ideas with likeminded people. .

Join in with some well-known carols and enjoy performances from Phoenix Choir of ºù«ÍÞapp at this free concert. With seasonal refreshments and a raffle.
